Investigate the essence of THE landmark scripture on classical yoga. Patanjali's Yoga Sutras approaches the eternal psychological, philosophical and spiritual questions that preoccupy so many of us. It presents a distillation of the essentials of yoga as an integrated system of physical and spiritual discipline.

Deepen your personal practice on many levels while enhancing your teaching skills. This is an ongoing course. You may join it at any time – and stop at any time you wish. Each month new study guidelines will be sent to you + weekly practice diaries. You will also be asked to keep a weekly practice diary. There will be extensive opportunity for personal mentoring with Swami Saradananda.
